Well, Technically it’s the 4th, since its just after midnight! LOL But whatevs

So today for the most part was good for weight loss efforts….mostly..

Workout #1 for 2012 is in the bag!

Eating was definitely not perfect. This is due to my lack of prep and planning!

TOMORROW WILL BE COMPLETELY ON PLAN!!!!!

Breakfast will be fruit salad and nuts…(because i KNOW i won’t be getting out of bed in time to make the oatmeal that i really want. lol)

and I will have a 16 oz glas of hot blended oolong tea to sip on throughout the morning.

Lunch i already made!

-a romain/baby spinach/kale/cucumber wrap**with a little veggie shredded cheese and a touch of an oil based dressing (with a mixture of sunflower seeds and crushed walnut to add before eating because I forgot to throw it on there)**

-carrots

-cucumbers

-ranch dressing( for dipping) 

-pretzels.

Werd. And a TON of water! I usually drink at least 120 oz of water a day during the work week anyway so this is not something i worry too much about.

Dinner will be whatever meal is made for the family… portion controlled of course! :D

Well It’s WAY past my bedtime! Hope everyone is having a fabulous 2012 so far!!
