Another great day! Stayed within my calories and burned 578 calories at the gym! I am going to keep up this momentum for the next year!
Well I’m determined to stick to it thru Feb 25th. That will be 12 full weeks of good diet and exercise! They say it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body is changing, 8 weeks for your friends I notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. So I know if I can stick to it for 12 weeks I can keep with it as long as it takes to get where I wanna be!

Why does it take so damned long to lose weight and 5 seconds to gain? Such crap! LoL

Anyhoo- off to bed I go. I am pooped!
