Well- If i do say so myself- I had an AWESOME day today diet and exercise wise!

I logged all of my food intake into the Lose it app on my phone. Stayed just under 1200 lbs. I still have 67 calories left- but i’m not eating past like 7 any more. I went to the gym and had a fantastic workout. I did all my arm work and then did 30 mins cardio. So- GO ME!! I feel really great.

I went to walmart this morning with the intention of buying Slim Fast shakes…but decided in the end to go with the Boost High Protein drinks instead. I figured they would be a little more filling and the protein would be good for my workouts.  240 calories in a shake. I also had a banana with the one in the morning and an apple with the one at lunch. I had a little left over pasta with meat sauce and romain lettuce/baby spinach salad with cucumbers and light balsamic vinigarette dressing for dinner. I drank a TON of water today as well.

So YAY ME! I can’t wait to stick to this for the week and then weigh in on Saturday! LOL

Well there’s my Monday! I’m looking forward to FINALLY succeeding and losing this weight!! Years and years and years of obsessing over it has to finally come to an end.
