That time again…
The new year is coming and I’m SICK OF BEING FAT. So over this past week I’ve decided once and for all to do something about it. I have actually been walking 4 days a week for 1 hour with a friend for the past month, but I decided I also needed to get back into the gym. So I did just that.
I weighed in today at: 279.6.
Let the games begin. I am going to attempt to start blogging daily about my journey. However - I will not only be blogging about the weight loss- I will blog about whatever strikes my fancy and re-blogging fun cute things that i discover along the way. :)
I’m actually going to attempt a couple of weeks on Slim fast… for 2 reasons:
1) A friend at work is doing it and I want to kind of help support her as she gets started.
2) It will help get me out of my horrible habit of stuffing my face all day at work with junk food.
I will also continue drinking at least 64 oz of water a day and I will be slowly cutting the soda back out of my life. I’ve been a complete Dr Pepper Addict. Disgusting. Time to get all that sugar out of my life and body.
For now I must sleep. But I will be back tomorrow to talk a little more about my plans and goals. :)
