Hello fellow Bloggers!
Sorry I have been terrible at keeping up with you guys! I am going to try and update more often! I’d like to at least update a couple of times a week! I also need to make a Vlog! I’ve only done one for 2012 so far and I wanted to do at least once a week!!
Well for now I will just say that 2012 is so far so good! I could be doing better in terms of my weight...

Well, Technically it’s the 4th, since its just after midnight! LOL But whatevs
So today for the most part was good for weight loss efforts….mostly..
Workout #1 for 2012 is in the bag!
Eating was definitely not perfect. This is due to my lack of prep and planning!
TOMORROW WILL BE COMPLETELY ON PLAN!!!!!
Breakfast will be fruit salad and nuts…(because i KNOW i won’t be...

Weighed in this weekend.
Some of you already know this. But some do not. I weighed in on Saturday at 275 even. WOOT. That’s a loss of 4.5 lbs over last week! I’m looking forward to repeating this next week. I wasn’t very good this weekend. But whatever. Back at it 100% tomorrow for the week! woot woot!!
Sorry this is a short and sweet post tonight. Totally pooped and tomorrow is MONDAY- BOOOOOO!!!!!!

Another great day! Stayed within my calories and burned 578 calories at the gym! I am going to keep up this momentum for the next year!
Well I’m determined to stick to it thru Feb 25th. That will be 12 full weeks of good diet and exercise! They say it takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body is changing, 8 weeks for your friends I notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. So...

Well- If i do say so myself- I had an AWESOME day today diet and exercise wise!
I logged all of my food intake into the Lose it app on my phone. Stayed just under 1200 lbs. I still have 67 calories left- but i’m not eating past like 7 any more. I went to the gym and had a fantastic workout. I did all my arm work and then did 30 mins cardio. So- GO ME!! I feel really great.

The new year is coming and I’m SICK OF BEING FAT. So over this past week I’ve decided once and for all to do something about it. I have actually been walking 4 days a week for 1 hour with a friend for the past month, but I decided I also needed to get back into the gym. So I did just that.
I weighed in today at: 279.6.
Let the games begin. I am going to attempt to start blogging...
