Lunch

Idk why my description didn’t make it into the picture entry. I had Ahi Tuna: 150 cals Romain lettuce salad with english cucumber and croutons: 160 cals Glass of H20: 0 cals Now I’m haing some low fat strawberry yogurt for dessert; 200 cals for 8 oz: only havinf 4 oz: 100 cals Total cals for the day so far: 410 cals (It’s abt 12:45….I got up at 10:30 so lunch was more like brunch haha) K off to the shower and to run a couple of errands with the nephew!

So....

Heather has asked me if I’m journaling food or calories.

Heck no i’m not.

 And thats probably exactly what my problem is. I was debating on starting to count Weight Watcher points. I have all the WW stuff in the world and know how to do it all..but the problem is.. i get lazy and i dont want to bust out my points calculator or my little slidey scale thing.

I think I’m going to get to basics and start counting plain ol’ calories and fat. I have a ton of little notebooks lying around that I can use to do so. So starting tomorrow (Weigh in Wednesday!) I will start counting calories and keeping track of everything that goes into my body.

As for now… I need to get to sleep. I have a 9 a.m. Dr’s appointment for my finger. (which is doing very well by the way. Still waiting for the nail to grow in all the way and still cant quite bend that top joint yet.. but im gettin there!)

Thanks for all the comments on my last post.. Especially Mr. Macbelly who pushed me to go for my walk tonight… which i really had no intention of doing until i got his comment. LOL

Now back to your regularly scheduled program...

So I decided to attempt the 48 hour hollywood miracle diet. LOL I know I said all this yesterday- but i’m saying it again…. I FAILED.

I made it to 7pm…and couldnt deal. SO STUPID. I totaly ate a cheeseburger and fries at the moment. (IF there had been healthier alternative as far as real food, i would have went there..but i’m in a movie theatre… there were none. LOL)

Anyway… This morning I stepped on the scale and it said 279.8…thats 3.2 lbs down from 24 hours before…and 1.2 lbs down from last wed weigh in… So at least i lost the 3 lbs i had gained in the last week.

Todays goal is to be as picky as possible about what goes in my body so that tomorrows official weigh in stays lower than last wed’s!!

So i’m drinking a ton of water again today, and for breakfast I had a 2 egg scrambler- in which i put 2 slices of Horme’s all natural 97% fat free ham (the serving size is 4 slices) and some chopped up onion. IT WAS SO TASTY. LOL I find that the more simple i make the scrambler the better it tastes. I also had some grapes on the side. I felt so good after eating that bfast! I still feel really good.

I had that “breakfast” between 11:30 and noon… so I probably won’t eat anything until dinner.. maybe some lowfat yogurt or an apple or something inbetween.

So I won’t have gone down 5 lbs between last wed and tomorrow..but at least I won’t be up.

I KNOW that i could have lost that 5 lbs if i had gotten off my butt and put some effort in this week. i fell into that mentality on wed of “so weigh in was today.. i can slack off today and start off good tomorrow” then “weigh in was yesterday.. so i’ll just eat this today and be good tomorrow” and then it snowballed. I won’t do that this week. I wont set a 5 lb goal..but i will set a goal for  losing 2-3 lbs this week. That’s a healthy number and anything over that will be bonus!

Alright..its almost 1 in the afternoon.. time to jump in the shower and stop being so lazy!

48 Hour Hollywood Miracle Diet + me = FAIL. I made it to 7 pm and caved. Had a burger and fries at the movie theatre. I was dizzy and lightheaded. Blah. I’ll save what’s left and dry it another day. Right now I am exhausted and have a massive headache. Going to bed. I’ll figure out a new plan of attack tomorrow. G’night peeps

I don’t know if I’m gonna make it. Its going on 4:45 and I am HUNGRY.  I’m gonna do my best to make it through today But i highly doubt i do this for 2 days. lol I’m not that strong. My sister wants to go to the movies…and it’s gonna be a miracle if i make it thru that without getting a pretzel or popcorn.

Day 1 of the 48 hour Hollywood Miracle Diet...

Yes- i forgot to blog again yesterday. oopsies.

I decided yesterday not to start the 48 hour detox. I started this morning instead. Figured it would be easier while everyones at work and there are fewer distractions and temptations.

Its 20 after 1 in the afternoon and so far so good. I don’t feel overly hungry.  I’ve had 2 servings of the juice and 5 huge glasses of water… (im gonna say its at least ten 8oz servings of water)

I’ve been peeing a lot LOL which is to be expected. I weighed in at 283 even. So we shall see what I weigh in at on Wed morning! I’m up 2.2 lbs since wed. No surprise there either! I’ve been eating like crap for the last week!

I’m feeling  *little bit* hungry but its nothing overwhelming. Drinking all the fluid i am drinking is helping a lot. So far i feel like this is totally doable. I’ll try and remember to check in tonight and document how i’m feeling. 

For now- it’s time to jump in the shower.. i think i’m gonna take my nephew over to the sea wall and see if we have big waves from Hurricane Bill thats playing around out in the ocean.

Oh no.. i skipped 2 blogging days!!

Those who know my patterns know that this usually means that I have been off plan……. and that’s exactly what it means this time, too! LOL

I have been out of control! I was all about losing 5 lbs this week no matter what. I’m still there. LOL But i have less time to do so. So, i’m doing something I’ve never done before. I’m not usually one to do thr fad quick fix diet thing… but this time I’m going to be trying something i’ve never tried before. In order to cleans my system and have a nice clean kick start I have purchased a bottle of the “48 hour hollywood diet” stuff. It says you can lose 10 lbs in 2 days.. which makes sense, since you are not eating. LOL So for Sunday and Monday I will be sipping on that juice and drinking a bunch of water. I feel like i’ll feel clean and ready to jump back into the healthy eating.

I just have been busy this week and just not doing the things i should be doing. Yesterday alone- I ate at Wendy’s around 11:00 and had one of their chicken wraps and cheese fries..then for dinner i ended up having mcdonalds… Quarter pounder w cheese  and fries… On the upside i had water with the wendy’s and a diet coke with the McD’s..lol not that it really made any diff.

SO yeah.. ICK. Today I ended up having a breakfast burrito from mcd’s for bfast!!! I was in a rush this morning and had to get to a place in CT by 9 this morning.. and thenaround 2:30 we had lunch at a place called Wood River inn..where i had a burger and fries.

I FEEL DISGUSTING…. i haven’t eaten anything since then.. its after 8 and i’m starting to kind of feel hungry..but i’m thinking I may just have some yogurt and a piece of toast. I feel like i should eat SOMEthing tonight since i wont really be eating over the next 2 days.

Anyhoo. Yes… I’m doing a 2 day detox with that Hollywood diet juice. I know a lot of you that are going to be reading this probably won’t like hearing that…LOL… but I’m doin it anyway :P

I’m excited at the idea of flushing all the crap from this past week or so out of my body and starting fresh on Tuesday.  Who knows.. if it doesnt taste toooo bad i may do it once a month or something.

We shall see.

Sorry I missed 2 days of vlogging! Didn’t mean to! LIke i said.. i’ve been busy..and completly off track.

Well..i’m gonna go for now.. but i will be back tomorrow night to let you know how Day 1 of the detox is going!
